How does the $20 reservation work?
You choose your colour and pay a $20 refundable deposit. That holds one SolePod Pro from the first shipment at the $499 launch price. When the shipment is ready, we email you a secure link to pay the remaining $479.
Can I reserve more than one?
Yes. Choose the quantity at checkout. Each SolePod Pro needs its own $20 refundable deposit, and each has a $479 balance when ready. For example, two units are $40 today and $958 later, while first-shipment stock lasts in your chosen colour.
What is the full launch price?
$499 in total, compared with the $699 RRP. That’s $20 today and $479 when your SolePod Pro is ready.
How much will I pay later?
$479 per unit. Together with your $20 deposit, that makes the $499 launch price. Delivery is free outside Western Australia. For WA addresses, $49 delivery per unit is added to your balance payment.
Is the $20 refundable?
Yes. Your $20 reservation deposit is refundable. To request a refund, email support@serenitywork.com.au with your reservation number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
When will I be asked to pay the remaining $479?
When the first shipment has arrived and your SolePod Pro is ready for fulfilment. We’ll email you at that point.
How will I know when my SolePod Pro is ready?
We’ll email you at the address you used to reserve. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you haven’t heard from us.
How do I complete my order?
Your email includes a button that opens your own SolePod Pro Launch Offer order, already set up with your colour and the $479 balance. Pay securely and we’ll prepare your SolePod Pro for delivery. There’s no code to type in.
Can I choose my colour?
Yes: Black, Grey or Brown fabric. The first shipment has 25 Black, 15 Grey and 10 Brown.
What happens if my preferred colour sells out?
Once a colour’s first-shipment allocation is reserved, it can no longer be selected. You can choose another available colour or contact us.
What is SolePod Pro?
SolePod Pro is a foot massager built into an upholstered ottoman, about 42 cm wide and 42 cm high. Lift the top to use the massage compartments. Close it and it’s an ottoman and footrest.
What massage functions does SolePod Pro have?
Shiatsu kneading and rolling, air compression, heel vibration and infrared heat, with three programs, three intensity levels and a 10-minute timer. The top cover also has its own vibration function, started with its button when the top is in place.
Does SolePod Pro work as a normal ottoman?
Yes. With the top closed, the massage compartments are covered and SolePod Pro works as a fabric ottoman and footrest.
Is it cordless?
Yes. SolePod Pro runs on a rechargeable 22.2 V lithium battery. One charge gives up to a week of everyday use: up to 20 ten-minute sessions, about three a day. Actual use varies with settings and battery condition.
Will my feet fit?
SolePod Pro fits most adult feet, up to EU 48 (approx. US men’s 14 / AU & UK 13).
How do I clean it?
The inner liners lift out and can be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia except Western Australia. For WA addresses, SolePod Pro delivery is $49 per unit. Nothing extra is charged with your $20 deposit; WA delivery is added to your balance payment when your SolePod Pro is ready.
What warranty applies?
SolePod Pro includes a 12-month warranty, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee apply?
Yes. SolePod Pro is covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, subject to the eligibility and return conditions in our Refund Policy.
How do refunds work?
Your $20 reservation deposit is refundable on request. After delivery, returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in this offer limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
