What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Klarna at checkout. Afterpay and Klarna are subject to the provider’s approval and terms.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by the payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@serenitywork.com.au or on 1300 312 866. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes. Your order confirmation includes a tax invoice. If you need a business name or ABN on it, let us know.
What is the Serenity Chair?
An executive office chair with a deep-tissue roller massage built in. Work as normal, then lean back into the zero-gravity recline and let the rollers work through your neck, shoulders and back.
Is it cordless? How long does the battery last?
Yes. The chair runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and gives up to about a week of use per charge, depending on how often you use the massage.
What colours are available?
Executive Navy, Midnight Black, Pebble White and Sunset Orange.
What comes with it?
Every Serenity Chair comes with a free ErgoPillow lumbar pillow.
What warranty does it have?
24 months, covering manufacturing defects, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I use NDIS or WorkCover funding?
Eligibility depends on your plan, insurer or case manager, so we can’t guarantee funding. We’re happy to provide product information and a quote to support your application.
What is SolePod Pro?
A premium ottoman outside, an advanced foot massager inside. Lift the lid, slide your feet in and choose rolling and kneading rollers, air compression, heel vibration and infrared heat. Close it, and it’s furniture again.
How does the launch offer work?
SolePod Pro’s RRP is $699. The launch price is $499: reserve today with a $20 refundable deposit, then pay the $479 balance when your SolePod Pro is ready to ship. The offer is limited to 50 SolePod Pro launch allocations and ends on 7 November 2026, or earlier if all 50 are reserved.
Is the $20 deposit refundable?
Yes. If you change your mind before paying the balance, contact us and we’ll refund your $20 deposit.
What colours are available?
Black, Grey and Brown.
Will it fit my feet?
It fits most adult feet up to EU 48 (approx. AU/UK 13). SolePod Pro is approximately 42 cm across and 42 cm high.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It runs on a rechargeable 22.2 V lithium battery, with up to a week of everyday use per charge (about 20 ten-minute sessions). Actual use varies with settings.
What warranty does it have?
12 months, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What is the Anti-Fatigue Mat?
A 20 mm high-density PU standing mat for standing desks, kitchens and workbenches. It has an anti-slip base, a waterproof wipe-clean surface and bevelled edges.
What size and colours?
990 × 508 × 20 mm, in Black, Grey or Blue.
How much is it and when can I order?
$99. It arrives soon. Use Notify Me When It Arrives on the product page and we’ll email you when ordering opens.
What warranty does it have?
1 year, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What is the ErgoPillow?
A contoured lumbar pillow made from condensed memory foam, with a breathable mesh cover and a strap that holds it to the back of your chair.
What size is it?
49 × 22 × 12 cm.
How much is it?
$29 on its own, and free with every Serenity Chair.
What warranty does it have?
1 year, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How much is delivery?
- Serenity Chair: free outside WA; $199 to WA.
- SolePod Pro: free outside WA; $49 to WA.
- Anti-Fatigue Mat: $20 on its own; free with a Serenity Chair or on orders over $100.
- ErgoPillow: $9.90 on its own; free with a Serenity Chair or on orders over $100.
In WA, accessory delivery is capped at $20.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the next business day. Dispatch is when your order leaves us. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the courier.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking details when your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@serenitywork.com.au with your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the issue. Our Australian team will help from there.
What is the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?
Serenity Chair and SolePod Pro orders come with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Conditions apply: the product must be returned as new in its original packaging, and refunds are less delivery and return costs. Accessories aren’t covered for change-of-mind returns. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the courier costs where the problem is our error.
Does this affect my consumer rights?
No. Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, bulk pricing is available. Contact us for a tailored workplace proposal.
